HUNTVERIFY POLICIES

1. ABOUT HUNTVERIFY MEMBERSHIP

HuntVerify provides membership services that allow eligible users to document, verify and preserve hunting achievements through the HuntVerify platform.

Depending on the membership type and features available at the time, members may register trophies, maintain a Digital Trophy Room, submit eligible records for verification, participate in HuntVerify Slams and Achievements, receive certificates and achievement records, and access other member services.

These Membership Terms apply together with the HuntVerify Terms & Conditions and applicable HuntVerify policies.
 

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

A person applying for or using a HuntVerify membership must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into the applicable membership arrangement.

Memberships are issued to the registered member and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person without HuntVerify's approval.

HuntVerify may require additional information where reasonably necessary to confirm identity, membership eligibility or account ownership.
 

3. MEMBERSHIP TYPES

HuntVerify may offer different membership types, including paid memberships and special membership categories.

Paid memberships may be offered on monthly, annual or other subscription periods made available by HuntVerify.

HuntVerify may also provide special membership access to approved influencers, partners, administrators or other participants without requiring the standard paid membership subscription.

Features and eligibility may differ between membership types.
 

4. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND BENEFITS

The features included with a membership will be those described by HuntVerify for the applicable membership plan at the time of subscription or assignment.

Membership benefits may include access to trophy registration, verification services, Digital Trophy Rooms, Slams and Achievements, certificates, record listings and other HuntVerify features.

Some services may have additional eligibility or verification requirements even where the user holds an active membership.

Membership does not guarantee that a submitted trophy or achievement will be verified or accepted into a HuntVerify record.
 

5. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Where a membership requires payment, the applicable price will be displayed before the user completes the subscription process.

Membership fees may differ according to subscription period, membership type, currency, country, promotions or other applicable factors.

Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes, payment-provider charges or other legally required amounts may be added where necessary.
 

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Membership payments may be processed through third-party payment providers made available through HuntVerify.

By completing a payment, the member authorises the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to the payment provider's terms.

HuntVerify does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment provider and may add, replace or remove payment methods where reasonably necessary.

A membership may remain inactive or restricted until the applicable payment has been successfully confirmed.
 

7. RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS AND RENEWALS

Where a membership is sold as a recurring subscription, it may renew according to the billing period selected by the member unless cancelled in accordance with the available cancellation process.

The applicable billing frequency and price should be displayed during the subscription process.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where recurring payment is required.

If a renewal payment fails, membership access may be suspended, restricted or expire until payment is successfully completed.
 

8. CANCELLATION

Members may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation options made available through HuntVerify or by contacting HuntVerify where appropriate.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal of the membership and does not necessarily immediately terminate access already paid for.

Where applicable, membership access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation of a membership does not automatically delete the member's HuntVerify account, trophy records, verification records or achievements.
 

9. REFUNDS

Requests for refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable law, the circumstances of the transaction and any refund terms presented during purchase.

Cancellation of a membership does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for a billing period already purchased or used.

Nothing in these Membership Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
 

10. SPECIAL MEMBERSHIPS

HuntVerify may assign special membership status to approved influencers, partners, administrators or other selected participants.

Special memberships may be provided without the standard membership payment and may remain subject to conditions established by HuntVerify.

Special membership status does not create ownership, employment, agency or other legal rights in HuntVerify unless separately agreed in writing.

HuntVerify may review, change or withdraw a special membership where the conditions under which it was granted no longer apply.
 

11. MEMBER ACCOUNTS

Each member is responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account credentials.

Members may not share account access in a manner that allows another person to falsely represent themselves as the registered member.

Activity conducted through a member's account may be treated as activity associated with that account unless HuntVerify has reasonable grounds to determine otherwise.

Suspected unauthorised account access should be reported to HuntVerify.
 

12. TROPHY REGISTRATION

Eligible members may register hunting trophies through the HuntVerify platform.

Members are responsible for providing accurate information concerning trophies, measurements, photographs, hunt details and supporting documentation.

Registering a trophy does not mean that the trophy has been verified by HuntVerify.

A trophy becomes a verified HuntVerify record only after the applicable verification requirements have been satisfied and HuntVerify has approved the record.
 

13. TROPHY VERIFICATION

Membership may provide access to HuntVerify's trophy verification process.

HuntVerify may request photographs, measurements, documents or other information reasonably necessary to assess a submission.

HuntVerify may approve, reject, return, correct, suspend or review a trophy record where the available information does not satisfy the applicable verification requirements or where material information changes.

Verification is governed by the separate HuntVerify Trophy Verification Policy.
 

14. DIGITAL TROPHY ROOM

Eligible members may have access to a personal Digital Trophy Room containing trophies associated with their HuntVerify account.

A Trophy Room may display pending, verified or other applicable record statuses.

Certain information may remain private while selected verified information may be used in public HuntVerify records where applicable.

HuntVerify may modify the presentation or functionality of Digital Trophy Rooms as the platform develops.
 

15. SLAMS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Eligible verified trophies may contribute toward HuntVerify Slams and Achievements according to the requirements established for each achievement.

Holding a membership does not itself qualify a member for an achievement.

Only trophies satisfying the applicable Slam or Achievement requirements may count toward completion.

Where a member completes the required criteria and successfully claims an eligible achievement, HuntVerify may issue an Achievement Number, certificate or other recognition.
 

16. CERTIFICATES AND HUNTVVERIFY IDENTIFIERS

HuntVerify may issue Trophy IDs, Certificate IDs, Achievement Numbers and other identifiers to eligible verified records and achievements.

These identifiers form part of HuntVerify's record system and may be used for public verification.

Members may not alter, falsify, duplicate or misuse HuntVerify certificates, identifiers or verification marks.
 

17. TOP RECORDS AND PUBLIC LISTINGS

Verified trophies may be eligible for HuntVerify record listings, rankings or Top Records features where the applicable requirements are satisfied.

Membership does not guarantee placement or ranking in any record listing.

HuntVerify may determine how eligible records are categorised, displayed, compared or ranked according to the applicable record rules and available verified information.
 

18. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Members must use HuntVerify honestly and must not knowingly submit false, misleading, manipulated or fraudulent information.

Members must have the necessary rights or permission to submit photographs, documents and other content.

Members must not attempt to manipulate verification, rankings, achievements, membership status or other HuntVerify systems.

Misuse may result in records being reviewed or removed and membership access being restricted or terminated.
 

19. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

HuntVerify may suspend, restrict or terminate membership access where there is evidence of fraud, material misuse, repeated violation of HuntVerify policies, non-payment or conduct that materially threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

Where appropriate, HuntVerify may provide the member with an opportunity to clarify or address an issue before permanent termination.

Serious fraud, security threats or deliberate manipulation may justify immediate action.
 

20. EFFECT OF MEMBERSHIP ENDING

When a membership expires, is cancelled or is terminated, access to membership-only features may end or become restricted.

The end of membership does not necessarily invalidate legitimate verification records, Trophy IDs, certificates or achievements issued while the member was eligible.

HuntVerify may retain records where reasonably necessary to preserve verification integrity, maintain historical records, comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud.

A former member may be required to obtain an active membership again to access certain member services.
 

21. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP OR THESE TERMS

HuntVerify may update membership plans, features, pricing or these Membership Terms as the platform develops.

Where a material change affects an existing paid membership, HuntVerify will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice where required.

Changes to future subscription periods may apply from a subsequent renewal or purchase where appropriate.

The current Membership Terms will be made available through the HuntVerify website together with the applicable last-updated date.
 

22. CONTACT HUNTVVERIFY

Questions regarding memberships, billing, cancellation, membership status or these Membership Terms may be submitted through the HuntVerify contact channels provided on the website.

For matters relating specifically to trophy verification, privacy, Trusted Outfitters or another HuntVerify service, members should refer to the applicable HuntVerify policy or support channel.
